Strawberry Shortcake's Berry Bitty Adventures is the 2010 reboot cartoon of the famous Strawberry Shortcake franchise with 2009 precursors. The third relaunch precisely as it's a remake of the last few series. The series is produced by Moonscoop, Cookie Jar Entertainment, American Greetings (the original creator of Strawberry Shortcake), and the Shari Lewis Company. The cartoon is created by Chris Nee.
A pilot had been created by Chris Nee in 2009, released with a toy of Strawberry Shortcake and her cat, Custard. The series itself took off a year later and currently is in the middle of airing season 2. Each episode is about 29 minutes long. So far many DVD's containing a few episodes have been made, along with a DVD for the movie "Sky's the Limit" The Pilot itself is not considered an episode and is only about 15 minutes long in total.
Plenty of characters who weren't in the series previously were introduced for this brand new series.
This cartoon sometimes may be associated with cartoons of the era such as Phineas and Ferb and Fish Hooks.
The creator from the cartoon, Chris Nee, also created Doc McStuffins, a Disney Junior Original Animated Series
The series takes place in Berry Bitty City, a small "country-like" city near Berry Big City, which is like an actual city full of many famous people according to dialogue. It has many bugs and other animal-like residents, including the Berrykins, the small creatures technically responsible for creating and maintaining Berry Bitty City.
